Job Responsibility
• Assist pharmacist and pharmacy supervisor to carry out all duties in pharmacy.
• Assisting and directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters and others.
• Assist the pharmacist in preparing, dispensing and medication counselling to ensure safe and effective dispensing.
• Answer customersâ questions or complaint in a professional manner.
• Restocking items on the shelves and manage inventory.
• Ensuring the work areas and shelves are organized, clean and tidy all the time.
• Promote excellent customer services
• Referring inquiries about prescriptions, health issues, or drugs to the pharmacist
• Responsible for the fulfilment of all operational support requests from retail outlets to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the outlet's daily operations.
• To provide excellent customer service to the clients
• Involves in operational and marketing tasks such as payments, advertising, and others.
