Main responsibilities:
• This is a Supply Chain Supervisor role to lead and manage the whole procurement team covering the core supply chain management activities and the key roles include the sourcing/purchasing, supplier management, supplier quality, process improvement, ERP deployment/operation, master data maintenance, participation in various projects and so on.
• The position requires a strong player-manager mentality and is expected to demonstrate “lead by example” behaviors. Both Procurement supervisor (mainly in charge of sourcing/purchasing and supplier management) and Sr. SQ supervisor (in charge of supplier quality engineering) will report to this position. To do so, the Supply Chain Supervisor should have fair understanding of the main responsibilities of the team members under his/her umbrella and retain competencies to prove as a capable leader himself/herself.
