Synergy Care and Education are looking for a strong and experienced teaching assistant to work in a well respected School in Cwmbran, Wales.

Ideally the candidate will need experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting and must be able to work Monday-Friday between 8am-3pm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in the classroom and educational activities
- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning and development
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Supervise students during classroom activities, outdoor play, and field trips
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Skills:
- Patience and the ability to work well with Children and young adults
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher
- Organizational skills to assist with classroom management and student records
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and students
