As general manager you’ve arguably got one of the most glamorous, yet responsible roles in a hotel. To a certain extent you’re a figurehead, motivating your managers and charming the guests – but when the schmoozing stops it is down to you to make sure the business is profitable.

REPORTS TO: Managing Director / Owners

POSITION SUMMARY:

The General manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. You should be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
