Supplier Quality Engineer

Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of 'Extended Life Solutions' for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

You'll be required to travel frequently across the UK individually, as part of your wider team and with colleagues from our Supply Chain department. Travel will often mean staying away overnight (funded by the business) within the UK, with occasional overseas travel for longer periods.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for overseeing Quality within the Ontic Supply Chain to include approval of suppliers and monitoring of supplier performance. You'll conduct product and system audits (internally and externally) to assess the technical/process capabilities of potential and existing suppliers.
