We have the perfect opportunity working with a well known reputable contractor in the Kent area.

Job Title: General Foreperson

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Contract type: Freelance

We are looking for a General Foreperson to work on Water Treatment projects in the Kent area, for a Tier 1 contractor.

You will need to have experience of leading and supervising a team of 4-5 workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly. Ideally candidates will have worked their way up from a tools background.

You will be responsible for:

Managing workforce

Ordering materials when required

Reporting back to the Site Management team

Transporting the workforce to their work areas

Ensuring that the site team complies with site rules and regulations while monitoring the quality of their work
