Support Team Leader

We are looking for a confident Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 32 hours a week, 4 (8 hour day) shifts per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at our North West Supported Living Services .

For this role you will need to drive, and have your own vehicle as you will be a Team Leader at all of our services including: Boden Street, Warrington Road, Townfield Avenue, Kingsway South and Rydal Avenue
