Home care providing support for adults with complex mental health needs in their own home including Learning Disabilities and Autism. Service users will have Learning Disabilities and associated mental health conditions. The care package is located near to Bristol, Bristol. My client is well established and has achieved a good rating from the CQC and is looking for a Service Manager Home Care to oversee the services and to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.
