Position Title: Experienced Support Workers

Location: Fairford, Gloucestershire

Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour rising to £15.00 per hour at 3 month’s service, then £16.00 per hour upon successfully passing training competencies and probationary period at 6 month’s service.

Hours per week: Either Full time or Part time – shifts are 6/12 hours per day and 12 hours per waking night. Bank hours are also available. Flexibility is essential.

ABOUT ME

I am a young man in my 20’s diagnosed with Severe Learning Disability, Mucolpolysaccharidosis Type III also known as Sanfilipo Syndrome (Degenerative life limiting disease). It is a rare genetic condition causing speech and other developmental delays, respiratory infections, sleep problems, behaviour issues – compulsive behaviours and hyperactivity. I also have Anxiety, Autistic Tendencies and Sleep Apnea.
