About the role

Responsible for the efficient running of one of our Buffet Restaurant operation within our bustling resort of Bognor Regis, you’ll ensure that the highest standard of service is met consistently, ensuring that we delight our guests and receive positive feedback.

Leading a team to not only deliver the best service to our customers but to make sure the team are always engaged and carrying out best practice, you will support withthe opening and closing procedure for each shift efficiently, whilst responding to any guest or team queries and ensuring all food safety and health and safety paperwork is completed in line with company policy and standards.

This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, covering 7.30am - 12pm breakfast and 4pm - 8.30pm dinner shifts so flexibility is very important.
