Cariboo Hotel located at 254 Front Street, Quesnel BC is looking for a Cook to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilites:
• Prepare both veg and non-veg dishes as per restaurant menu
• Prepare sauces and dips
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards
• Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws
• May hire and Train kitchen staff when required
• Maintain inventory and records of food and other supplies
• Perform other duties as requested by mangement

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 1 year of experience in cooking

Or
• Completion of college or other program in cooking

Or
• Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks

Language: English

Job Location: 254 Front Street , Quesnel BC, V2J 2M1

Salary: $17.00 /hr for 40 hrs/week
