Job Descriptions:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
- To maintain proper employees' personal files including employees' leaves, medical claims, record attendance etc. and HR filing system.
- Check staff's attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.

- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Required language: High proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
