Malaysia Facilities Engineering and Operation Manager

The Operations Manager is tactically and operationally responsible for one of the largest sites managed by JLL in Asia, a site of 400k sqm with all services on this site in-scope. Acts as 2nd in command (2IC) to the Account Director. The key assignment is to enable the growth the client is going through, improve the JLL performance for this client and facilitate the growth of the functional managers into all round leaders.

The Operations Manager must be an outstanding leader with a Customer Service mind set and a keen ability to think tactically, innovatively and creatively to the benefit of both JLL and the client. The Operations Manager is a strong people and change manager, able to make informed decisions and manage risk. The operations manager has the capability to replace the Account Director if and when necessary and is the logical successor to the Account Director.
