PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle account payable, account receivable, AR aging, SOA Etc.
• Prepare and manage daily transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedule.
• Manage cash book transactions.
• Perform Bank reconciliations
• Perform SST submission.
• Assist with monthly closing reports, management reporting.
• Liaise with internal OPS team for all invoicing and payment matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES:

Additional Finance and Administration related tasks as directed by management, such as Financial Data Entry work.

Job Requirements
• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in International freight forwarding business – is advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and local languages
• Good computer skills with a sense of responsibility and teamwork More Detail
