We're looking for a Technical Assistant to assist in the delivery of Pipeline Integrity Management and Intervention workload in an effective and efficient manner enabling and ensuring that WWU complies with its contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.

This role will be part time (2-3 days a week) and will be supporting the Tywyn Site project and will be based in the office near this site.

We'll trust you to:
• Provide administrative support and assistance in providing an efficient and effective service to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints from both internal and external parties, providing a written, face to face or telephone response as appropriate.
• Assist in supporting departmental technical activities by carrying out clerical duties, such as arranging travel and meetings, receiving and collating information and processing documents and correspondence in line with guidelines and procedures.
