Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting for a Full Time 12 month fixed Term contract AP Cleark within our Finance team. This is a key role for the business and is responsible for the operation of UK & USA Accounts Payable function within outlined procedures and ensuring integration with business requirements. This is an exciting time to join the business during a phase of investment and growth.

The main responsibilities of the role are;
• Ensure all invoices received are properly authorised, coded and posted accurately through accounts.
• Ensure supplier accounts are paid within agreed time limits.
• Investigation and resolution of supplier queries.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements & GRNI accounts.
• Reconciliation of intercompany payables.
• Maintenance of Supplier master data
• Arrange for bank transfers as required including BACS and International payments.
• Month end AP procedures
• Operation of Currency/Advances/Expenses/Mastercard Scheme.
