Chef de Partie – Cumbria – Restaurant and Bar

A Chef de Partie is required in a lively area of The Lake District for this lovely restaurant and bar serving a mixture of pub classics and modern takes.

For this role, it is essential that you have experience of working at a Chef de Partie level within a busy establishment serving an a la carte menu. Applicants without this experience are not able to be considered.

This busy property serves traditional British cuisine, and the menu is seasonal therefore you will make the most of your knowledge and ability by using different flavours and food combinations on each menu change.
