Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to provide support in their Residential Conveyancing department near Stapleford. You will assist the Conveyancing team with administrative and Conveyancing duties such as: file opening/closing procedures; preparing transactions; organising searches; liaising with clients and third parties; and any reasonable ad-hoc duties that ensurethe smooth running of the department. You will have experience within a busy Conveyancing department as a Legal Assistant or similar, have a sound working knowledge of the Conveyancing process and MS Office, and work using your own initiative as well as part of a team.
