Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team here in Stanwell (next to London Heathrow Airport). As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our Central London based existing courier clients. Your main goals will be to achieve and ensure client satisfaction and continued client courier spend. If you have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in Account Management, strong problem solving, negotiation & 'people skills' and abilities, we want to hear from you. Courier / freight & cargo industry experience is prefferable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Meet 'client visit' targets set.
