General Foreman / Construction Manager (Civils/Formwork) - 45 Week Contract - South of Reading - Rate £280-320 per day (Via CIS/Payroll Specialist) - Starting ASAP! We're currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding Civils Contractor that is seeking an experience General Foreman / Construction Manager to work on a £5 million Civil Works package. The works include managing all aspects of formwork, steel fixing, groundworks and lifting ops. The project duration is 45 weeks with an option to go temp to perm. Duties Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects. Provide guidance and direction to workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
