Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next position? Our client, a top tier IT Managed Services provider, is seeking an IT Engineer to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves a huge range technical exposure and variation in different responsibilities such as tickets, escalations and project work with some client visits. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience and expertise in some of the following areas/technologies.

Skills required:
• Good personal presentation and communication skills
• Experience of desktop support -Windows/Mac
• Office 365 setup / administration
• Server based - installation, configuration, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V
• Active Directory, group policies, Azure AD
• Network setup - Installation and configuration of network switches
• Firewall configuration
• Virtualisation experience with Hyper-V, VMware etc
• Switch configuration - VLANs, IP Routing and more
