Our client is of one of the fastest-growing property portfolios on the south coast and they are expanding their in-house team who are dedicated to maintaining our commercial and residential properties and grounds to the highest standards.

As a Groundskeeper and Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include:
• Grounds maintenance: general landscaping, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, weed control, planting, litter picking and jet washing.
• Ensure equipment upkeep
• Perform end of tenancy cleaning and property preparations
• Maintain communal areas
• Report damages and repairs promptly
• Manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
• Track expenses and receipts
• Demonstrate initiative and teamwork
• Perform small property maintenance tasks and weekly fire alarm tests

Skills & Requirements
• Experience in similar roles with keen attention to detail
• Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van will be provided.
