Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
• Take overall responsibility for the management, reviewing, and signing-off all types of relevant electrical certification.
• Ensure certification is reviewed and signed off in a timely manner and issued to the respective customers.
• Co-ordinate any required additional works, i.e. – EICR remedial works with the Admin and Estimating teams.
• Assist the Admin team with customer liaison and offering electrical explanations and justification.
• Provide Technical support to Electrician’s across the company.
• Implement a CPD programme for all Electrician’s in-line with NICEIC requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for all Electrician’s in-line with NICEIC requirements.
• Conduct regular “spot-checks” on completed installations to ensure compliance.
