An opportunity has arisen for a Post Room Operator to join our team, reporting to the Contract Manager.

Role & Responsibilities
• Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail
• Handling telephone queries from clients
• Dealing With multiply couriers throughout the day .
• Updating client systems( DHL , Pitney Bowes)
• Preparing Mail/packages ready for pick up .
• Delivering Mail to the clients twice a day .
• Assist other team members when and if required.
• Ensure Post/Packages are being allocated within time scale provided by Client to meet SLA’s.
• Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager. More Detail
