Our mission is to provide the best possible person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people, and we have a rare opportunity for an experienced People Programmes Manager to join us, who will have a lasting impact across our portfolio. This key position will be responsible for overseeing all people projects, specifically focussing on system transformations across the people function. We are looking for a senior Programme Manager, with experience implementing a number of HRIS systems, and a good understanding of HR processes. You will work with directors across the business to understand what is possible within the new systems, and how that will be achieved.
