Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of two shift managers
Drive efficient production processes to achieve production plans and meet targets
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and staff
Train and develop staff to drive positive change and improve performance
Oversee staff recruitment and ensure adequate staffing levels
Assess and review staff performance
Monitor and report line figures and production pack outs
Provide flexibility in working patterns to support business needs
