Position: Occupational Health Advisor (Permanent)
Location: Lindsey
Genuit Group are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor, based at our Horncastle site.

Role:

To provide a comprehensive pro-active, effective, and efficient occupational health service.

The post-holder will have a main base of work but will be expected to travel to other sites which will be in Loughborough.

Working Hours:

This is a full time permanent role working Monday - Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. We do also offer hybrid working for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement long and short-term objectives for Occupational Health.
• Develop and deliver a risk-based Health Surveillance programme for all relevant departments. Write reports on findings to HSE and management team members.
• Working with the HSE Department regarding risk assessments and other inter-related matters.
