Position Summary

Job Title: Quality Manager , Operations

Job Objective:
• Ensure the highest quality products are shipped to the customer.
• Develop Business processes and maps.
• Ensure that products are compliant to the latest legislation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Control, maintain and monitor quality standards within operations.
• Ensure manufactured and configured product is to the correct standards.
• Develop a QMS system with process maps and operating instructions where required
• Use Q Pulse or similar document management system for the control of documents.
• Be actively involved in improving business process and value engineering.
• Create an internal audit system based on ISO 9001 principles.
