About the role:
• Lead and coordinate the dental team, including staff planning and performance monitoring, in collaboration with the Head Dental Assistant.
• Ensure compliance with high medical standards and quality guidelines
• Carry out dental treatments, particularly in the areas of surgery and prosthetics.
• Advise and assist patients in complex dental cases.
• Collaborate closely with other specialties and the administrative team to ensure the proper functioning of the clinic.
• Participation in internal and external training to keep professional knowledge up to date.

Requirements:
• Training in conventional medicine completed with a Swiss or EU-recognized dental diploma
• At least 3 years of professional experience (work experience in Switzerland is an advantage)
• The teeth needed to build something
• Excellent communication in French
