We are actively seeking a Deckhand to handles cables of various sizes in order to perform the berthing and unberthing of the tug. He also carries out all tug maintenance operations. The incumbent will be required to work at Baie-Comeau.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:
• Participate in the maneuvers on the tug.
• Ensure the berthing of tugs using cables.
• Maintain accommodations and decks.
• Adjust the bridge and see to the safe transfer of persons.
• Ensure connection to ground power (outlet and circuit breaker).
• Perform cleaning, painting and other work in relation to tug maintenance.
• Assist the chief engineer in certain tasks.
