We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our largest sawmill, located in High Level, Alberta. Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience in a customer service focused IT role.
• Experience with service desk ticketing systems.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems.
