We are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager (HR) Manager to oversee the HR Operations of our client based in Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia. This role requires full HR spectrum and strategic HR focus (policy, appraisal system and talent development).

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
• Recruitment and maintaining a talent pool
• Talent development
• Budget preparation and recommendations
• Aware of government regulations and compliance with all government divisions
• Follow strict protocol to payroll procedures
• Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff
• On-boarding of new hires and off-boarding
• Ensure all HR policy & procedures folders are always updated
• Security of all Personnel files on server
• Performance appraisals
• Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention
