Functional (Job Responsibilities):
To ensure all stock movement is recorded daily.
To participate periodic audit exercise and produce report for the audit in timely basis.
To coordinate with Plant operation team to conduct Quarterly Stock Count/Raw Materials/Semi Annual Counts for all other stocks, prepare and compile results and report to Plant Controller.
To ensure all goods receivable and issuance is properly recorded in the System and in timely manner.
To advice procurement department on stock level and properly plan for reorder level.
To ensure stock items is well kept to avoid any operations interruptions.
To prepare monthly Stock reconciliation reports to Finance Manager.
Participate in physical count checks.
To ensure store is operated based on 5S Culture and Group Finance policies.
Responsibilities for all receiving, Spare parts, General, Packing Plant, both physical and system.
Responsibilities for all parts q?ty and location accuracy.
Cycle count, as per SOP, 5S.
