**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop new business opportunities, including tender analysis, solution design, pricing, engaging the operational teams to deliver in accordance with agreed customer service levels within the financial targets.- Manage day-to-day operations, customer liaison and lead successful achievement of the departmental KPI.- Handle import and export operation, handle and ensure accuracy and time-lines on all shipping activities.- Manage operation and monitoring flow for Import & Export both captive and noncaptive customers with mínimal complaint from end customer.- To manage all database related to HS CODE/Asean Countries/Asian and etc.- To keep all site offices both Captive and Non captive customer updated on any changes of forwarding process such as (Permits, HS Code, CEPT, rulling, Licenses and etc).- To liaise with customers, managing feedback in a manner that provides explanations, puts the customer at ease and demonstrates that the right corrective actions are put...
