We are looking for a reliable Project Manager to plan projects and oversee the progress undertaken by our Group of Companies in a timely and cost-effective manner. Some examples of the projects are, but are not limited to renovation or refurbishment of S’MART complex and other business units (retail outlets, farm, set up a factory or cold rooms, etc) and opening of new supermarket &/or mínimarkets. He/She will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.
• *Responsibilities**:
1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the Management. Propose to the Management any upgrade works needed to enhance the operation/productivity of S’MART Complex or other business units and its related facilities (retail/outlet/farm/warehouse etc).
2. Create a detailed work plan and schedule which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
