Job title: Quality Inspector (Mechanical)
Job type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella / £45.27 per hour PAYE
Location: Rosyth
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Applicants must posses following:
- CSWIP Level 3.1 welding inspector or 3.2 senior welding inspector
- PCN Level 2 qualification
- ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering

- Ability to gain security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel)

Ideally applicants should also have:
- Highly regulated industry experience

Role information:
- Provide advice on mechanical quality matters
- Approve suppliers and contractors quality related documentation
- Ensure material control and traceability is being maintained throughout installation and manufacturing
- Perform visual inspections of welds and materials
- Ensure fabrications meet design specifications
- Complete inspection checklists
- Assess performance
