Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medication and healthcare advice to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs.

Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients
- Provide advice on the dosage and administration of medications
- Monitor patients' health and progress to ensure the effectiveness of their medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient medication regimens
- Conduct patient consultations in various settings including ICU
- Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate patient records regarding medication dosages and interactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
