They are currently seeking a Locum Employment Law solicitor to join them on a flexible rolling contract, spanning 3 to 6 months, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Key responsibilities for this role may encompass:
• Offering guidance to Senior Managers within Council departments, HR Officers, and staff members on a wide array of employment law matters, as well as handling claims against the Authority.
• Managing both contentious and non-contentious employment respondent cases.
• Overseeing a caseload that could include cases related to sex discrimination, race discrimination, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, disability discrimination, age discrimination, and redundancy.
