JBM is one of Scotland’s leading providers of Modern Apprenticeships and work based qualifications. We have been trading for over 30 years and currently seeking to recruit an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our professional and vibrant team.

You will be responsible for forging and developing B2B relationships with a diverse range of organisations promoting Modern Apprenticeships within the Construction Sector. This role would suit a sales professional with a consultative approach to business development and looking to progress within an industry which will be instrumental to economic recovery in Scotland.

Duties will include:

· Generating and qualifying leads with particular focus on the construction industry

· Sourcing and developing client referrals

· Planning and conducting direct marketing activities
