School Site Manager

Location: West Bromwich

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday split shift 7am-10am and 2:30pm-6:30pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract: Temporary with the potential for permanency

T4S Education is currently working with a primary school in West Bromwich to recruit a dedicated and experienced School Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant school community and contribute to the smooth running of the school premises.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the maintenance and security of the school premises
• Managing a team of premises staff
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks
• Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
• Managing the school’s premises budget

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one
• COSHH qualifications or willingness to undergo training
