Job Title: Support Worker

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals under your care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
