The Job:

The Second Line Helpdesk Engineer is a key player in our customer support chain, delivering effective technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves troubleshooting and resolving more complex technical issues escalated from the first-line support and occasionally working from client sites to better comprehend their operations and challenges.

Reporting to: Service Desk Manager

Location: Stafford Technology Park

Salary: Up to £30k plus on-call allowance, plus bonus.
