Your role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone eager to develop their career working with B2B customers. In this role, you'll elevate our service standards to meet the evolving demands of our Automotive Distributors, Vehicle Manufacturers, and other internal Pico teams. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for inquiries spanning pricing, availability, orders, payments, contracts, kits, products, and other essential aspects tied to our internal and external commitments.

Day to day activities include:
• all queries regarding pricing, availability, kit contents, customisation, part numbering, documentation or collateral
• Progress minor projects through our development process (primarily branding & 3rd party products
• Provide regular supply of information to distributors (pricing, availability, product images and descriptions)
