This is an exciting opportunity to join our federation, working alongside our senior clinical pharmacists as part of our multi-disciplinary team. We have a team of three senior clinical pharmacists and 11 clinical pharmacists plus 5 pharmacy technicians already and we are looking for the right people to expand our team. The role of our pharmacy technicians is to provide technical and administrative support to the Clinical Pharmacy team and Clinicians. Facilitate the implementation of medication changes under the guidance of the Clinical Pharmacist and complete audits around patient safety in the prescribing of medication, sharing this information with the clinical team.
Main duties of the job
• To complete audits and script switches as agreed by the team
