Working Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shift 06:00 - 16:00 / 08:00 - 18:00; (1hours lunch)

Salary: £28,080

Principle Duties And Accountabilities
• Liaise with and assist generally other sections in the Company in the delivery of operational and administrative services to internal and external customers
• Support Senior Transport Teams

Key Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
• Support and liaise with Transport Department and Management, ensuring daily administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively to company standard
• Effectively plan workload on a daily basis
• Managing the in-house systems and databases (Gatehouse, CTrack, Ortec, AAIR)
• Ensure drivers hours are correct on the AAIR system so they correlate to timesheets
• Liaising with drivers regarding ongoing work
• Liaising with customers and any issues that may arise
