Supervisor - Cornwall

Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Supervisor to look after domestic planned repairs work in Cornwall.

Day to day:
• Supervising Trades
• Doing surveys
• Site Paperwork
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Taking care of health and safety on site

Requirements:
• Good maintenance management experience
• Experience managing all trades.
• Social housing experience would be beneficial.
• Refurbishment project experience (ideally residential)
• Excell and IT Literate
• Schedule of works experience

This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Supervisor with a busy and reputable company, salary £35,000-40,000 + van.
