They are seeking a confident Production Manager to lead a critical department in their process, offering strong people leadership skills and manufacturing management, including delivering on key KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day production operations, ensuring optimal resource use and meeting production targets.

Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures to uphold exceptional standards.

Enforce safety regulations consistently across all production processes.

Coordinate and execute production schedules in accordance with customer orders.

Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and lead necessary changes.
