This role is to support new and existing core and clinical induction providing expertise from previous experience. The Training Lead will form part of and work closely with the HR, Culture, Training and Development Department. They will lead in the coordination, facilitation and delivery of the Trust induction. Their leadership will aid the establishment of a rolling timetable for trust induction and to bring together subject experts to help develop and co-facilitate these programmes. They will be central in the design and evaluation of the Induction responding to identified Trust needs.

Role is a primarily a trainer role, as the lead for the bi-weekly induction. The training department is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, where the Monday Induction takes place, with the Friday at Diss Business Hub the same week.
