Freedom Professional Services have a exciting opportunity for an experienced clerk of works with strong technical knowledge in a broad range of civil engineering disciplines to join our growing electricity transmission and distribution civil design team.

You’ll be asked to carry out the clerk of works duties at electricity substations across the North East of England from commencement to completion and be able to work in close collaboration with other internal teams (civil design, structural engineering, electrical design, surveys, wayleaves, cables, environmental), along with contractors, clients and stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.

As a clerk of works, you will have the opportunity to work on frameworks for DNO’s, as well as design and build opportunities for high profile clients and iconic projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
