Job Title: Area Operations Manager ( Foodservice)

Location: Various Manchester/Halton/Runcorn Schools

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time contract to be discussed.

Salary: £33, 280 per annum FTE

Must have full drivng licence, company vehicle provided.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To support in ensuring the day-to-day running of the contracts in your area, and delivery of food services to our customers, is on time, in quality and on budget; whilst increasing their satisfaction and building loyalty to us. To manage a team of Support Catering Assistants and Catering Team Members across a group of contracts in your area, getting ‘hands-on’ where required (including preparing, cooking and serving school meals). Ensuring the highest standards of catering, hygiene and cleanliness are achieved, and maintained, across all sites. To build and maintain good relationships and clear, regular communication with the customers and your colleagues, at all levels of our business.
